We have a wide range of rubber materials available for various applications. In addition to a number of standard compounds like : NBR, FPM, Perfluor, EPDM, MVQ and FMVQ, in various colours and hardness we also offer special materials: Encapsulated FPM/MVQ materials, ETP, TFE, HNBR and many others. In total we have over 40 different rubber materials available, however on customer request we can advise and develop special new "custom tailored" rubber materials.

Special EPDM Multiapproval drinking water compound NSF61 KTW ACS WRC FDA W270 EN681 W534 WRAS
Europe Seals has specially developed a "state of the art" EPDM rubber material. For the FOOD,WATER and HEATING Industry, meeting all international requirements; NSF61, WRC, KTW and FDA. This material has excellent performance in cold and hot water applications, f.i: water taps, industrial and consumer heating boilers, valves…etc.

We can offer various materials in different colours; Example NBR Red or Blue. Basic material and properties stay the same, excellent way for determination of different materials and sizes in order to prevent mixing failurers.

ETP Viton® Extreme™ (O rings and X Rings)
Du Pont Dow elastomers has introduced high performance speciality materials that designed to meet the demanding requirements currently not met by traditional elastomers.This material combine the excellent thermal resistance of FPM with the unique resistance to chemicals, f.i: caustic applications, solvents, hydrocarbon oils, steam and acids.

FEP PFA Encapsulated O-Rings
FEP/TFA encapsulated O-Rings consists of a seamless FEP PFA jacket over an elastomer. This can be FPM or Silicone depending of the application requirements. This combination of a chemically resistant jacket over a low compression set elastomer provides unique properties for a range of high demanding applications in various Markets: chemical process industry, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, semiconductor industry…etc.
Note: Encapsulated seals are possible in many other shapes: Circular, Rectangular, Oval and Cam-seal shapes. (FDA AND USP Class VI)
Perfluor O-Rings and Molded parts.
Europe Seals can offer various Perfluor materials equal to Du Pont Dow ( Kalrez ® ), Parker ( Parofluor ® ), Greene Tweed ( Chemraz ® ) and others against very attractive pricing.
We not only offer industrial grades Perfluor (250 C°), but also High Temperature grades (316 C°) in black, white and translucent (individually packed silicone free).

PTFE O-Rings/Backup Rings/Spring Energized Seals
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)is one of the most inert and chemically resistant materials that an O-Ring or seal can be made from. Moreover it has very low friction coefficient. There are some elastomers today that approach PTFE’s chemical and heat resistance like Perfluor Elastomers but they can be expensive and not always the best possible sealing sollution. PTFE can be modified with fillers to improve its properties depending on the applications requirements.
PTFE O-Rings are typically used in static applications while PTFE Spring Energized seals and piston rings will be used in dynamic applications where pressure and heat or high speed cycles are not possible with other materials.
PTFE Back-up Rings increases the sealing capabilities of an O-Ring to much higher pressure levels.
Material
The manufacturing plants are producing products made out of various different rubber (metal bonded) materials, not only standard NBR, FPM, MVQ and EPDM but also EPT and a special EPDM rubber material used for water and heating applications.
The production plants are mixing their own rubber materials in order to control the complete production process from the beginning up to the finished product. Full product tracebility guaranteed!
Tools
All tools are developed and produced accoording to customer requirements in "house" tool shops. The advantages having a in "house" tool shops are; direct progress control, short communication lines ( important if modifications are required) but moreover: shortest possible lead times!
